A Wolfe Cub:  Consider that you already have what you need to answer most of the questions we ask of you at a wine tasting.  Varietal, Region, Pairings, Taste or Smell.  With the background you have in food by eating out as much as you do in all the renowned restaurants here in Miami and abroad,  you have a jump start into developing the vocabulary to describe what you taste and what you like.  As the great food/life/fashion/travel/book critic you are you have done a successful job thus far and we believe we can help you hone in on being an even better one.  In a user-friendly environment we challenge you to explore the “Wolfe-Cub” inside you the last Thursday of the month at Wolfe’s Wine Shoppe.
